breedables.pet is run by a small group of people. There is no support desk: everything lands in the same inbox and is read by the people making the project.
What to write about
There is no form and no required category. The list below is just so you know any of these subjects fits.
Questions about the project
How the genetics works, what each collection will have, when the shop opens. If the answer is not on the site, it is because it has not been decided yet, and it is still worth asking.
Something broken on the site
A page that will not load, cut off text, a dead link, anything odd. Telling us which device and which browser it happened on helps a lot.
Your data and privacy
Today the site collects no personal data at all, so there is no record of yours to look up or delete. Even so, this is the channel for any request under data protection law.
Partnerships and press
Proposals, collaborations and requests for material to write about the project. Saying what you have in mind in the first message helps.
What to expect from the reply
There is no support team here. The inbox is read by the same group that looks after the creatures, the site and the server, so a reply can take a few days.
Requests about your data get priority and are answered within the deadline the law sets. For everything else, it is first come, first served.
One important note: since the shop has not opened, nothing is charged and nobody from the project will ask you for payment. Any charge made in the name of breedables.pet outside this site is not legitimate, and you can report it to this same address.
Write whenever you like
You do not need a formal reason. If you found the project by chance and got curious about something, that is enough.
